Kin’s Domain Settlement Development Call
Hi friends,
I’m excited to announce a new call series, the “Kin’s Domain Settlement Development” call.
This is the inaugural/pilot call, and if it goes well, I plan to continue them in the future. My hope is that is can be of use in connecting people and facilitating the development of Kin’s Domain Settlements worldwide.
✅ Learn about Kin’s Domain Settlements under development worldwide
✅ Hear directly from Settlement Founders who already have land and are building (and want people to join)
✅ Hear from a few high-readiness Founding Initiatives who are preparing to start a settlement (and want people to join)
✅ If you’re looking to join a settlement, you can introduce yourself and connect with founders and others
✅ Settlement presentations, Q&A, and open discussion
✅ Recordings may be posted on our YouTube channel so people can discover these developing settlements (and may also be featured in our newsletter and blog)
This call is meant to help match people with real, active Kin’s Domain Settlement projects, and to inspire everyone by seeing what’s already underway. You’ll get to hear what people are building, learn from their methods, and connect directly if it feels aligned.

Three audiences for this call
1) Settlement Founders (On-Land / Actively Building)
You already have land and you’re developing a real settlement. You’ll be the main featured presenters on the call, sharing updates and inviting aligned people to connect.
2) Founding Initiatives (Pre-Land / High-Readiness)
You don’t have land yet, but you have strong initiative, a clear target region, a timeline, and a realistic plan to secure land. Selected initiatives may be invited to give a short 2–3 minute intro and share what kind of co-founders/support you’re looking for.
3) Prospective Members (Looking to Join / Learn / Connect)
You’re looking to join a developing settlement (or you’re exploring what’s out there). You can listen, ask questions, and introduce yourself briefly during the networking round so founders can connect with you afterward.
For our first call, we will be hearing from:
- Settlement Founder: David Andrews (Wisconsin)
- Founding Initiative: Daniel Tucker (Alaska)
- Founding Initiative: Vlad Levchenko (Southern California)
What we’ll do on the call
- Quick welcome + everyone sharing where they’re joining in from
- 1–3 settlement presentations (short and to the point)
- Q&A after each presentation
- “Looking to join” round: share a little about yourself, your location, and what you’re looking for
- Closing: how to connect after the call, and what’s happening next month
Presenting a settlement?
If you’d like to present (now or on a future call), plan to share:
- Where you’re located (country/region)
- Your current stage (already on land, actively developing, searching, etc.)
- Your vision and what you’re building
- Who you’re looking for (skills, roles, temperament, families/individuals, etc.)
- The best way for people to reach you after (website, email, social, form)
Calls are recorded and shared for the benefit of others. By joining, you consent to being recorded.
– Gabriel
