Elements include: east-west orientation mid way onto a sandy hill slope, 10kW PV solar system that s grid tied to achieve net zero, rainwater capture with gutters and IBC tank storage, a geodesic dome greenhouse bioshelter with a koi pond aquaponic system, food forest front yard with numerous fruit trees, blueberries and raspberry bushes, animal husbandry in the back yard amongst old growth white pine tree forest, where we raise chickens, ducks, and rabbits for meat and manure.
