Hi, I’m Alex Audet, Northern California Regional Ambassador.
Where: It will be at the Sycamore Ranch (https://secure.itinio.com/yuba) near Yuba City Ca.
Accommodation: Campsite sites are $50 per night, though we can split these sites to have a few people on each one. If camping with us, please contact the Alexander Audet to send along a payment to secure your campsite. Spots may be limited. Otherwise, you are free to stay at alternative accommodation in Yuba City or Nevada City nearby and come to visit for the day on the 1st, or just make the drive from home on the first.
Activities: Events will include a yoga, pranayama, and meditation class focused on increasing your embodied awareness of nature in the morning lead by Alexander Audet, 200 YTT certified at Akhanda Yoga in Rishikesh India. Next come prepared to discuss Book 5 of the Ringing Cedars in the early afternoon, followed by a discussion about where we would want to look at acquiring land for Kin’s domains and a discussion about how we would each want to set up a community of kin’s domains. Civilized discussion and productive disagreement are encouraged as we get clear about our dreams for the future! Finally, we will finish the day with a potluck and stories/music around the campfire. Musical instruments and adventurous vocalists are encouraged!
What to Bring: Cloths for camping (for warmth during the day and cool temperatures at night: Likely a tea-shirt, maybe shorts, long cloths and long sleep ware, a sweater or jacket), Camping Gear (contactAlexander for suggestions), RC book 5, food for your own meals and to share at the potluck, musical instruments you can take camping,
Contact: Alexander Audet (@WaterCello (https://t.me/WaterCello)) aaudet@unr.edu. If camping, give number of nights to stay, number of people, and preferred online payment methods to secure your spot. Also please indicate what you plan to bring to the potluck for planning purposes.
