I’m a lifelong Montanan, living in the woods near several mountain towns. I am a herbalist, yoga teacher, and vitalism practitioner, specializing in natural fertility, as well as a biodynamic gardener and permaculturist (to name a few of my ever-evolving roles). I love sharing what I've learned about living in tune with our natural design for optimal vitality. I also teach others about native medicinal plants and how to work with the medicines of nature to reclaim individual and community sovereignty and reduce reliance on the modern sickcare and industrial food systems. I love to share food, medicine, seeds, plants, and wisdom with my community! The Flathead Valley feels like home to me and I hope to create a kin's domain up here, although I'm currently renting a home on an acre. I am excited to help this land heal and to be an example to others of how we can live in harmony with nature.
