Hi there!

My lifestyle is living environmentally conscious as much as possible, enjoy walking and hiking in nature, love living by the sea, adventures, traveling and focused on being in stillness/beingness.

I enjoy regenerative gardening, creating spaces of love, flowers, wildcrafting, natural art, making my own herbal remedies, getting creative with recipes and teaching classes.

I’m single, am renting a house with my son who is 36 yrs young, and have a daughter, son-in-law and my lil sunshine granddaughter who live in Cape Neddick, ME. Personally I’d rather be living in a warm climate but living near my kids is more important so I’m learning how to grow more indoors.

I’d like to have a piece of land and home again (built 3 post & beam houses with my kids dad many years ago and helped with the exterior walls of a straw bale building) with fruit trees, gardens…. really everything Anastasia speaks of. I love the sauna her son made!

I read all 10 books in 2015-2016 and knew about her advice on how to plant seeds for your own consumption through the Native American circles I was involved with.

I was on the path to discover who I really am consciously for about 30 yrs. Grateful for finding out.

I run my own business as a Holistic Educator, Maker and Coach and have reinvented myself  launching courses online.
