About Me:
I'm a man drawn towards exploration and innovation inspired by nature.
After many years of wilderness guiding, remote expeditions and mountaineering pursuits, nature quickly became my greatest guide and mentor. This time is also where I came to know, through injuries, the importance of self-care and harmony with myself and the environment. There needed to be peace and synergy with how I used my body and mind, as well as how I engaged with the natural elements.
Comprehending foundational skills, fundamental principles and knowing how to share them in experiential ways were among the skills I honed throughout many years as an instructor. I taught swimming, blind skiing, fascia therapy, movement repatterning and advanced wilderness first-aid. These skillsets have allowed me to share at the highest levels from professional athletes to special forces military personnel. One of my more recent passions is digital design and sacred geometry (see subscriptions for more details)|.
Empowerment, leading edge myofascial bodywork, and skills to move and live with synergy are among the offerings I joyfully share
My beloved, Ariane and I are excited to be part of this wholesome shift, and to be living a life of service. Together we are helping usher in this new paradigm with all of you.
