I've been working full time on my 70 acres for fifteen years, gardening, planting trees and building an unconventional home. Rewilding much of my property has become a priority as my way to heal the harm that's done to the planet through agriculture. Planting trees has become my peaceful protest and I plant thousands more every year. I sell seeds and herbs that I grow and forage as my livelihood and don't go to town often. Studying and practicing spirituality in different forms has been a focus of mine for many years, as well as learning about permaculture, soil, plants, sustainability and veganic agriculture. The Ringing Cedars books instantly resonated with me because they match many of my views, dreams and personal experiences so well. Such as interacting with wildlife in ways that most people never experience, which never happened until I went vegan and began caring for the natural world around me. I'd love to be collaborating with a partner and caring for this land together.
