I’m originally from Utah but I've traveled widely. I love nature and any outdoor activity, especially hiking and skiing. I’m currently based in Germany but plan on returning to the United States this year. I’ve spent much of the past decade trying to find a path that would strike a balance between my personal convictions and the realities of living in the modern world. I think I’ve found what I was looking for.
I’ve always been fascinated by the variety and beauty of human cultures. I’ve spent many hours studying traditional kinship systems and how they enabled pre-industrial people to form spiritual, happy, and sustainable societies. Until I discovered the ringing cedars community, I didn’t think anyone else shared my convictions. Anastasia’s teachings mirror my own conclusions in a way that is more than mere coincidence would allow.
