DESCRIPTION:**Reader-hosted\, non-Foundation event** \nSat September 20\, 2025\n⏰ 12 PM\nCool Creek Farm\, 738 Castle Rock Farm Road\, Pittsboro\, NC\, 27312 (Google Maps directions) \nPlease consider coming to our farm on Saturday 9/20 to gather and enjoy the changing seasons! I’m excited to meet people in person. We welcome you to camp out and if staying for a couple nights makes the travel easier please feel free to do so. \nI hope this gathering will bring together Ringing Cedar enthusiasts throughout the southeast but maybe we will get people farther out too! \nArrival & schedule \n\nYou could show up any time from 12 pm to dark on Friday 9/19 and stay through Sunday 9/21.\nFor those of you who just want to do a day trip or just want to stay the night of the 20th show up around 12 pm on Saturday.\nI’m thinking the main gathering will happen midday through evening on 9/20.\nWeather permitting\, we can have a bonfire.\n\nAmenities \n\nWe have well water filtered and unfiltered.\nWe can offer hose/bucket baths\, outhouse\, electricity\, bon fire pit\, tables\, chairs\, extra coolers and 2 two-burner camp stoves.\nWe have trails and lots of open space for activities.\n\nAnimals on the farm: There are horses\, goats\, sheep\, cats\, chickens\, and ducks on our farm. \nDistances from nearby cities \n\nChapel Hill — 17 miles\nDurham — 25 mi\nRaleigh — 34 mi\n\nEvent leads: Marinne (amfdancer8@gmail.com) and Melissa Frey (919-710-6696)
